“Love is always bestowed as a gift~ Freely, willingly and without expectation. We don’t love to be loved; we love to love.” Leo Buscaglia ~ Ah, L’amour!

Day 3 of the Valentines Day count down! Are you getting ready for gluten free?

Yesterday’s post made suggestions for those who would like to convey their feeling of love through cooking for that special someone.. but what if you don’t cook?

Love has many languages… A smile, through spoken word, through gifts and gestures.

If you cannot cook, all is not lost! Here is a website/ app that will help you find gluten free restaurants in your area. Don’t forget to check out my previous posts for other tips as well.

Going gluten free may not be pain free, but hopefully, we all help each other make it as painless as possible. 🙂

Alone for V-Day? Take yourself out!! Treat yourself!!! You ARE special!!! Once, during a challenging time in my life, someone stopped me as I tried to press through, looked me in the eye and said “Be kind to yourself.” That was the greatest wisdom she could have imparted at that time. It was something that I’d forgotten.

As Lucille Ball said “Love yourself first and everything else falls into line. You really have to love yourself to get anything done in this world.”

So, sign up for a special class that you’ve always wanted to try… Learn a language… Learn to cook yourself a special meal or… take yourself out to dinner!!!

Here’s the link! Bon Appetit!

Until Next time,
Happy Reading and Eating!
